“Committed member” charter
Businesses presented on PME Booster sign a charter. It is not a certification: PME Booster checks identity and published information; the business commits to its practices.
- Real identity: commercial register entry, verifiable address and contact details.
- Accurate information: correct profile, reviewed at least once a year.
- Clear prices: quote or rates given before any commitment.
- Respect for customers: replies within a stated time, complaints taken seriously.
- Protected data: compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
- Local roots: contributing to the economy of its region.
The “Committed member” badge is valid for one year and renewable. It may be withdrawn in case of a breach, after discussion with the business.
